Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply straight away, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I go over my project limit?
Nothing stops mid-project. We'll let you know, and you'll have 7 days to upgrade or close something before you can start a new one.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Every plan includes as many team members as you need. You only pay for active projects.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients approve from an email and never need an account or a subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a plan to carry on. If you don't, your projects stay read-only, so nothing you've agreed with a client is lost.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and get two months free on any plan.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout, and every payment comes with a VAT invoice from Stripe.
