# ScopeAgreed

> ScopeAgreed is a UK web application for agencies, studios and freelancers that turns project scope into a signed record. The agency uploads its scope, the client signs a baseline, and every change after that is sent as a priced change request the client approves in one tap. Every decision is recorded with a timestamp and a signed copy goes to both sides. Agreed before work starts.

ScopeAgreed is built and operated by ScopeAgreed Ltd, a UK company. Billing is available to UK and most international businesses (not currently the US or Canada). Clients never pay to use it: approving, declining or requesting changes is free for the agency's clients and needs no account.

## What it does

- Signed baselines: the project's scope items and prices, signed by the client before work starts
- Change requests: out-of-scope asks become priced, dated requests the client approves or declines from an email, in one tap
- A shared record: both sides hold the same timestamped history of what was agreed and what changed
- Goodwill tracking: free extras are logged so the agency can see what unbilled work has cost over a project
- Client pages and reports, project health, nudges, and Slack notifications for client decisions
