Asked to approve something?
Your agency uses ScopeAgreed to keep a clear, signed record of what you agree together: the project scope, any changes along the way, and every decision you make. One email, one tap, and both of you hold the same record.
One email. One decision.
The email link opens a plain summary of what's changing, what it costs and how it moves the timeline, with your name as the signature. Approve, ask for changes, or decline. Whatever you decide is recorded and copied to you.
It protects you too
A clear record of what was agreed is worth as much to the person paying as to the person building.
You see exactly what was agreed
The baseline you sign lists every scope item with its price. Any change shows its cost and timeline impact before you decide. Nothing is charged that you did not approve.
Your decision, your record
Every approval and every decline is recorded with a timestamp, and a signed copy is emailed to you as well as your agency. You hold the same record they do.
No account, no password
You approve from a secure link in your email, on any device. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and it never costs you anything.
You can say no
Approve is never the only button. Decline, or ask for changes, and that decision is recorded just as carefully. Work does not start until you have said yes.
Your questions
Do I need an account?
No. The email link is your way in, and it works on any device. If your agency gives you a client area, a one-time code to your email signs you in there too.
What happens when I approve?
Your typed signature is recorded with a timestamp, the work is unlocked at the agreed price, and both you and your agency receive a signed copy for your records.
What does ScopeAgreed hold about me?
Your name, your work email and the decisions you record. The detail is in the privacy policy, and your agency is the right first call for anything about a specific project. Privacy policy
Run projects for clients of your own?
The same clarity works in the other direction.
